1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, as a taxi passenger transport company, entered into an entrustment contract with B or C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”), which is a company recognized as a worker’s workplace skill development training course, on the premise that: (a) the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract with the Plaintiff’s employees by means of postal remote training for the number of trainees (hereinafter referred to as “training in this case”; and (b) the number of trainees who completed the training (hereinafter referred to as “the number of trainees in this case”) on the basis that they met the standards for completing the payment of subsidies for remote training (hereinafter referred to as “the standards for completing the training”); and (c) received subsidies in total KRW 17,609,300, as shown in the table “subsidies” column on the premise that they applied for subsidies to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea for the payment of subsidies for remote training (hereinafter referred to as “the standards for completing the training”).

B. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the ground that “this case trainees did not undergo the instant training and failed to meet the completion standards; (b) the Plaintiff applied for subsidies to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and received such subsidies.” (c) The Defendant’s workplace skill of the former workplace.
