1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, a company that operates a taxi transport business, and is recognized as the workplace skill development training course of A or B (hereinafter collectively referred to as “C”), as follows, conducted workplace skill development training for its employees (hereinafter referred to as “training in this case”; hereinafter referred to as “first training”) by means of the remote training course for its employees, as follows: (a) on January 7, 2014; (b) on June 17, 2014; (c) on May 16, 2016; (d) on May 16, 2016; (e) on July 28, 2014; (e) on May 16, 2016; (e) on May 17, 2014; and (e) on May 16, 196; and (e) on August 14, 2014; and (e) on May 18, 2015 to June 19, 2014.
B. The Plaintiff applied for subsidies for training expenses to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea on the premise that the stated number of trainees (hereinafter “the instant trainees”) in the table below among the above trainees (hereinafter “the instant trainees”) had completed the instant training normally and met the standards for the payment of subsidies for postal remote training. The Plaintiff received subsidies for training expenses of KRW 43,980,360 in total from the said Corporation as follows.

C. The Defendant against the Plaintiff on May 16, 2017.
