Criminal facts

On February 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on June 11, 2014.

"2015 Highest 1235"

1. At around 21:50 on March 20, 2015, the Defendant provided DNA real estate offices located in Kimhae-si C with approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs metropos (hereinafter “copon”).

2. On May 10, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered 405 Fmotoculcon in Kimhae-si C, and approximately 0.03g of philophones in a single-use injection machine, and melting them by means of injecting them into a single-use injection machine.

3. On May 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:10, around 405, 2015: (b) obstructed the smoke of one cigarette; and (c) smoked by inserting approximately 0.1g of marijuana at that place; and (d) attaching a fire to it.

4. On May 12, 2015, at around 16:50, the Defendant kept approximately 0.08g of philopon and approximately 0.08g of hemp in the face of G middle school located in Kimhae-si C, and kept them in the wall.

On April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:50 on April 13, 2015, the Defendant provided the J with a single philophone, containing approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, within a passenger car parked in the vicinity of the I Station located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan.
