A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant received from D, prior to Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, a one for a single-use injection machine, and approximately 0.5g of hemp, which contain approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

2. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around the summer of the seals attached to the above “1”; (b) inserted a philopon into a one-time folder, dilution with water in front of the foregoing “1,” and then injected it into the body of arms; (c) added the marijuana delivered, such as the above “1, to the body of paper, and then smoked by a throwter; (d) then, the Defendant smoked the marijuana in a way of spreading the smoke. At around 01:0 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received one philopon from D in the vicinity of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E apartment, Incheon, with approximately 0.03 g of 0.0 g of philopon from D; and (b) received the 1 philopon from the body of the Plaintiff, and (c) took the 6th of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the 2nd of the Plaintiff.
