The defendant shall be exempted from punishment.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment in August 21, 2013 for fraud in the Western District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court, which became final and conclusive on August 21, 2013.

1. The crime committed on April 27, 2012;

A. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant forged a copy of the application form under C, a private document for the purpose of signing and exercising a signature on “C”, “D” and “C” in the name column of the subscriber’s name, using a written recording device on the application form received from a male on his own house located in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and that he would offer KRW 50,000 in cash if he opens a mobile phone at his own house.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document

Around the same time, a man with poor name had the business owner G, who knew of the forgery at the “F” store located in Daegu Northern-gu E, and exercised the same by having the business owner G deliver the forged application as if the document was duly formed.

2. The crime committed on May 1, 2012;

A. On May 1, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document under the foregoing No. 1-A.

If a mobile phone is opened at the same place as the same as the paragraph, he/she forged an application form in the name of "C", "D", and "C" in the name column of the subscriber by using a black pen on the paper for application form received from a male in the name of "C", "D" and "C" and forged an application form in the name of "C", which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the signature and seal.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document
