A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Cheongju District Court, and on July 18, 201, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on July 18, 201 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 15, 201, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on July 12, 2012.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On January 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) indicated the name, resident registration number, address, etc. of J in the column of the subscriber to the application using a verification-type pen at the I agency located in Jung-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, with the name and address of 102; (b) stated the applicant column as “J”; (c) forged one copy of the application form under the name of J, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations; and (d) issued a forged application form as if the application form was duly concluded to the employees of the above agency who knew of the forgery.

B. On January 10, 2013, the Defendant entered the L agency located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon as J in the customer name column using a verification-type pen, and stated the applicant’s resident registration number, contact address, address, etc. in the applicant column, and subsequently signed the applicant column and exercised one copy of the application form under the name of J, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the right and obligations. C. On January 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) indicated the name, resident registration number, contact number, address, etc. of J in the customer name column of the application using the verification color pen in the Daejeon-gu N; (b) stated in the applicant column as “J”; and (c) forged a copy of the application form under the name of J, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations, and, in other words, signed and signed by the applicant column.
