1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,040,00 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 9, 2014 to December 1, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 2, and Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deemed to be a confession.
3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 15% per annum from October 1, 2015. Thus, the interest rate is only 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment, and the exceeding portion is dismissed.
