1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 534,195,008 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That according to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 15% per annum from October 1, 2015. Thus, the part claiming for delay damages exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from November 18, 2015, the following day after the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, is rejected.
