1. The Defendant’s KRW 210,000,000 as well as 6% per annum from February 28, 2015 to October 19, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That according to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 15% per annum from October 1, 2015. Thus, the part of the claim for damages for delay seeking payment exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 20, 2015, the day following the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, is rejected.
