A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around January 2016, the Defendant established a so-called “age corporation” and opened a corporate account in the name of a corporation and intended to transfer the passbook to C after having received a proposal from C, which was introduced through the Dozin B on January 2016.
