A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 19, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 800,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on August 19, 2008, and on June 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch.

Then, for the purpose of exercising a circumstantial report from a police officer, the Defendant entered “E” in the name column of the part of the confirmation (which states that “I, as the person whose driver’s license was revoked, confirmed that the above entries were the same as the facts, and, if they are dissatisfied with the blood alcohol concentration, I sign and seal to make measurements by means of blood collection) without authority.
