1. The defendant shall grant the plaintiff A KRW 50,00,00, and KRW 33,333,333, respectively, to the plaintiff B, the plaintiff C, and the plaintiff D.

1. Facts recognized;

A. Plaintiff A is the spouse of the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”), and the remaining Plaintiffs are the children of the deceased.

B. At the time of death, the Deceased was serving in H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”).

H entered into a group insurance contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”) with the following content:

(1) Insurance name: H employee policy holder and beneficiary, including the Deceased: H ② Insurance name: J insured, policy holder and beneficiary: the same as the above (1).

C. According to each of the instant insurance contracts, where the insured died during the cover period due to a disaster, the Defendant requires H, the beneficiary of the insurance, to pay KRW 50 million (the above insurance) and KRW 100 million (the above insurance) as the insurance proceeds for each disaster death.

On May 26, 2015, at around 20:45, the time of the insurance period of each of the instant insurance contracts, the Deceased was caused by an accident that driven by L while driving on the road by driving his own K-cene car on the road (hereinafter “instant traffic accident”).

After the above accident, there were no special signs on the deceased, but around 21:21 on the same day after approximately 36 minutes of the death's apartment elevator, the image of the deceased, which attached a support stand, was taken into the CCTV, and the signs were already discovered, such as the detection of traces on the part of the deceased.

After that, the Deceased had a Guto set up and transferred to the hospital, who lost consciousness, but was sent to the hospital. However, around 00:30 on May 27, 2015, the Deceased was already dead (hereinafter “the instant insurance accident”).

E. According to the opinion of the appraiser, the cause of the deceased’s death is a acute funeral due to cardio-defluence or in-depth disorder, and the instant traffic accident is the direct cause of the death.
