The defendant's KRW 21,00,000 to the plaintiff A, KRW 13,50,000 to the plaintiff B, and KRW 18,00,00 to the plaintiff C and each of the above money.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a certified brokerage agent who operated the F Authorized Brokerage Office in Si-si, E, and the Plaintiffs requested the Defendant to mediate a housing lease agreement at the time of each day indicated in the “date” column as follows.

The Defendant arranged the Plaintiffs to enter into a lease contract with the same content as the “lease Term” and the “Guarantee Deposit” column, respectively, with respect to each building portion entered in the “Lease Property” column as indicated in the “Lease Property” column, among the multi-family houses with the fourth floor above the ground (hereinafter “the instant housing”) on the instant land owned by J-si (hereinafter “the instant housing site”). The Plaintiffs entered into a lease contract with J with the same content as the attached Table, and the said Plaintiffs paid the security deposit to J, respectively.

On the other hand, on March 25, 201, the debtor completed the registration of the establishment of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “registration of the right to collateral security”) that is 273,000,000 for J and the mortgagee L union and the maximum amount of claims. However, L union filed a voluntary application for auction of real estate M with the court on November 16, 2018 upon the registration of the creation of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”).

In the instant auction procedure, the instant site and housing were assessed as KRW 563,279,680 at the time of February 15, 2019 (i.e., the instant housing of KRW 358,764,480, the instant housing of KRW 141,288,000, the price of which was assessed as KRW 63,227,200, other than the instant housing of KRW 148,764,480, the successful bid price was sold to N Co., Ltd., Ltd., for KRW 272,580,000 after the successful bid price was assessed as KRW 272,580,
