1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company that employs more than 800 full-time workers engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of automobile industrial parts, such as an exchange power plant and a stopter, and the plaintiffs are members of the H trade union branch I branch of the H trade union (hereinafter "branch of this case").

B. Trade union name of the Defendant’s workplace is the name of the instant branch, J Workers’ Union, K Workers’ Union and L Workers’ Union under the name of the Defendant’s workplace. C. The contents of the collective agreement and bonus payment rules have been paid wages in accordance with the collective agreement concluded with the Korea Trade Union, a representative bargaining trade union. Article 22 (wages)

1. The defendant shall comply with the collective agreement, wage agreement, rules of employment, and the defendant's salary rules regarding the members' wages.

3. The defendant shall pay a salary grade on January 1 of each year to members who have worked for not less than one year, and the salary grade on the salary grade shall be 250 won.

4. The criteria for ordinary wages shall be the amount calculated by aggregating the allowances referred to in the following subparagraphs in the basic wages:

1) At least 5 years: at least 36,00 won per month: at least 72,00 won per month; Article 24 (Family Allowance) of the 72,000 won per month (the Defendant is a family member’s allowance).
