1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount corresponding to each plaintiff as stated in attached Form 1. "Unpaid wage table."

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned 1) The Defendant is a company that carries on the design, manufacture, sale, etc. of automobile industrial parts by using more than 880 full-time workers to manufacture and supply automobile parts, such as automobile parts, such as an exchange power plant and a starting scooter, etc., to a completed vehicle company. 2) The Plaintiffs are members of the FF Trade Union and its branch G branch (hereinafter “G branch”) as those employed by the Defendant.

B. 1) The G Branch may adopt a resolution on a structural change of the G Branch on May 19, 2010, at the 544 members, among the 601 members of the 601 association (hereinafter “the first general meeting”).

(1) After holding the company’s structural change, the company’s subdivision’s structural change as a company-level trade union (hereinafter “resolution on structural change”).

(2) The adoption of rules by H Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “resolution to enact rules”) is referred to as “resolution to enact rules”).

(3) A resolution to elect a chief executive officer or J as a chief executive officer (hereinafter referred to as “resolution to elect an executive officer”).

2) On June 7, 2010, G Branch held an extraordinary general meeting of 550 members (hereinafter “the second general meeting”) among 601 members, and resolved the same contents as the first general meeting.

C. Details 1 of the collective agreement and bonus payment rules

Of the contents of this case, the contents relating to this case are as follows (former collective agreement before amendment):

1. The defendant shall comply with the wage rules for the members, and the wage rules shall be determined in consultation with the Financial Labor Union; and

Provided, That when the payment standards for benefits are revised and newly established, it shall be determined by mutual consent with the Fno.

2. The adjustment of wages of union members shall be part of April 1 each year, and the application thereof shall be part of January 1 each year; and

3. The salary grade of the members shall be the first class of January of each year, which is a class 500 won per year;
