A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to operate an overseas fee placement service in violation of the Employment Security Act shall register with the Minister of Employment and Labor;

On October 2012, the Defendant, without registering the overseas fee-charging placement service business, agreed to receive 3,000N whenever a woman who introduced the “C” as a member of a business under the name-free business that operates the so-called “B” in the ASEAN in Japan, and introduced Korean women to a contact loan.

From October 2012 to July 14, 2013, the Defendant published an advertisement stating that the Defendant may impose a large amount of money on an entertainment drinking house if he/she works for a Japanese entertainment drinking house, by accessing NAV E car page and accessing NAV E car page.

On November 2012, the Defendant recommended “F” under the name of a person who was well aware of his or her reputation to work in a Japanese entertainment tavern, and sent the said F to Japan on November 2012, and introduced the said F to “C” under the name of the proprietor of the said business.

On March 18, 2013, the Defendant recommended H to report on the above Internet advertisement in Gangnam-gu as above and introduced the above H to Japan on March 18, 2013.

On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant recommended “I” to “I”, who had reported and contacted the above advertisement, and introduced the above I to “C” around March 2013.

On March 18, 2013, the Defendant recommended J and K, which reported and contacted the above advertisements to the police officer, as above. Around March 18, 2013, the Defendant recommended the above J and K to the above J and K at the Buddhist coffee shop near Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, as above, and introduced the above J and K to Japan on March 25, 2013.

As above, from November 201 to March 2013, 2012, the Defendant is in the position of F, H, one-day I, J, and K in Japan.
