A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, from February 15, 2015 to 06:00 on the same day, declared that a house located in Ansan-si Member B is under the influence of drinking in front of his or her class, and declared a disturbance to another person without any justifiable reason, by avoiding disturbance, such as putting him or her at a place where many people gather or frequent.

2. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant was committed by the Defendant on the same day at around 07:20 on the same day, and the Defendant continued to cause a disturbance, even though he received a request from the police officer D and the police officer of the Gyeonggi Winter Police Station, who was called out after having received a report that the said B’s house was frighted by the Defendant on the street, to cause a disturbance.

Accordingly, the police officer D et al. issued a written notice of a crime to the Defendant by an act disturbing the alcohol under the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act and issued the Defendant’s personal information to take the Defendant’s return home.
