A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2018, at around 20:38, the Defendant: (a) reported on August 6, 2018, at the front of Pyeongtaek-si B, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties regarding the police officer’s 112 report by making several parts of the left chest part of the police station D, and obstructing the police officer’s 112 report by obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the 112 report.
