Of the facts charged in the instant case, the facts charged are not guilty.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jung-gu District Court on November 13, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung-gu District Court on February 12, 2015.
[2] On February 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) punished the Defendant’s residence of the Defendant on February 14, 2016, “ATIV No. 501,” which is an Internet site, to sell SamsungTIV No. 501; and (b) reported this to the victim D who contacted with the phone, made a false statement as if he/she sold the said No. 1.
However, there was no intention or ability to sell the above Nowon-gu because it did not have the above Nowon-gu.
The defendant was transferred 450,000 won to a new bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the defendant in the name of the victim in the name of the same day.
In addition, from February 14, 2016 to June 12, 2016, the Defendant received a total of KRW 6,227,00 by the same method over 13 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, and acquired the victims’ property.
The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jung-gu District Court on November 13, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jung-gu Government Prison on February 12, 2015.
[2] On May 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) assessed the victim’s face face on three occasions on the ground that the victim H (31 tax) was in the same room together with his/her former pets in Gel 103 located in F on May 31, 2015, which was around 01:00, and (b) caused injury to the victim, such as inside the closed left-hand side of the number of days of treatment and the floor-up.
The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the District Court on November 13, 2014, and on February 12, 2015, the execution of the sentence was completed by the Ki Government Prison on February 12, 2015.
[2] On February 23, 2016, the Defendant’s statement to the effect that the Defendant sold 2 abrid 2 to a foreign country while on the Internet.
