A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on April 20, 2005 and on March 20, 2007, with prison labor for one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on March 20, 2007, respectively, and on February 14, 2014, with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on February 14, 2014 and with prison labor for more than three times on July 8, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on May 1, 2017: (a) around 08:57 on May 1, 2017, 1.30 won in cash, following the victim E, a business owner of the victim, who was the victim E, who was the victim’s seat in Gyeyang-gu C, Young-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) around 08:57, and (c) around 130,00 won in cash.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. On June 8, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on June 2017, 06:38 around the second floor of the Mayang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City FF building on the second floor, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, in order to take out KRW 10,000 won in cash, following a locker owned by the victim H, who is an employee, on his/her account, and cleaning the locker on the calculation unit.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

On February 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on February 14, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at a governmental prison on July 8, 2015.

[2] On October 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased an IK5 car at the Incheon branch of the Victim Don Capital Co., Ltd. located in 611, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) borrowed an installment financing loan of KRW 13,00,000,000; and (c) repaid a loan of KRW 401,855 per month for 48 months following the installment financing loan agreement; and (d) set a mortgage on the said car to the victim as security at KRW 6,50,000.

Accordingly, on November 1, 2016, the passenger car is under the name of the defendant.
