The aforementioned “C” was selected as an executing organization for the D business of 2015, which is administered by the Korean Culture and Arts Promotion Institute affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Arts, and Defendant A received indirect subsidies of KRW 209,500,000 in total from March 13, 2015 to August 10, 2015 from the Korean Culture and Arts Promotion Institute to the E-Support Project Costs, F Support Project Costs, and G Support Project Costs.
