1. The Defendant’s disposition to return subsidies of KRW 2,692,022, which was granted on March 4, 2014, and order to improve facilities, and the Plaintiff on July 3, 2014.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On October 1, 2009, the Plaintiff is a non-profit non-profit organization registered as its main business in accordance with Article 4(1) of the Assistance for Non-Profit, Non-Governmental Organizations Act and Article 3(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Non-Profit, Non-Profit, Non-Governmental Organizations Act, and Article 4(1) of the Act on Non-Profit, Non-Profit, Non-Governmental Organizations Act.
B. From December 2, 2013 to December 3, 2013, the Defendant conducted a guidance and inspection on the overall operation of the Plaintiff’s accounts, implementation projects, etc., and on February 5, 2014, following the procedures for prior notification of administrative dispositions and submission of opinions on February 5, 2014, the Defendant issued an order to improve the Plaintiff on March 4, 2014 pursuant to Articles 40(1)4 and 42(3)2 of the former Social Welfare Services Act (Amended by Act No. 13996, Feb. 3, 2016; hereinafter the same shall apply), Article 26-2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Subsidy Management Act, Article 33-2(1)2 of the Subsidy Management Act (hereinafter “the Subsidy Management Act”), and the detailed grounds and details of the disposition as follows.
