Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, by a fine of one million won, and by a fine of five hundred thousand won, respectively.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the chairperson of the National Association's interest E non-emergency Countermeasure Committee, defendant B is the vice-chairperson of the above non-emergency Countermeasure Committee, and defendant C is the director-general of the above non-emergency Countermeasure Committee.
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Noncompliance with joint eviction) by the Defendants;
A. When the Defendants were unable to move from around February 26, 2016 in accordance with the Franchising improvement plan for the G market in the Franchis Office, the Defendants were willing to visit the Franchis office, along with 50 merchants at G market and H market street stores, to raise an objection against a fine for negligence imposed by the Franchis office for negligence imposed by the Franchis office.
On July 11, 2016, at around 08:00, the Defendants asserted the opposition to the G market relocation policy and the withdrawal of the administrative fine, and demanded an interview with the head of FF to hold an interview with 50 street merchants on the third floor corridor located in I, the third floor of the FF Office, which was located in I, for about 30 hours until the next 14:00.
B. As a result, the Defendants did not comply with the demand for the withdrawal of the victim in collaboration with 50 merchants of street stores over two times.
