Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are the land owners within the E-district planning zone near the E-district located in the city, and Defendant A is the representative of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee consisting of the land owners in the E-district.

During the process of developing E district as an apartment site, the Defendants were designated as a neighboring park site, but the land purchase price did not reach the expectation, and the Defendants filed a civil petition in D city, but they thought that they were silent about their demand on the D city, and did not want to respond to the D market.

1. On April 24, 2019, the Defendants, in collaboration with 10 members of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee and 10 employees of service companies, found in the 2nd floor market room located in F on April 24, 2019, demanded an interview with the victim G, who is the D market, but did not have a prior promise, forced the market entrance door to be opened and intruded.

As a result, the Defendants seen multiple power and infringed on the room managed by the victim.

2. In the process of requiring the above emergency response committee members and service companies to hold and enter into the D market meeting as stipulated in paragraph 1, the Defendants: (a) the victim H, I, J, and the police assigned for special guard, who are public officials belonging to the D audience Secretariat, prevented them from entering the D market room; (b) the victims K, who were public officials belonging to the D audience Secretariat, was sponsed by hand and body, and entered the market room.

Afterwards, the Defendants intruded into a space where the public officials of the library outside of the market room work, and Defendant B 1 took the victim I’s own pocketet and the retail end, and Defendant A and C 1 put up a walk in such a way that they are frightened, taken a bath and an article, and frighted.

Accordingly, the Defendants are members of the above organization.
