Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

The seized evidence 1 shall be the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 3136] Defendant A sentenced the Suwon District Court on January 19, 2012 to 10 months for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on April 23, 2012.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) administered a psychotropic drug with B, which was known to the general public, at the Etecom located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) administered a Mauritius by dividing approximately 0.1g, a psychotropic drug, into B and then dividing it into coffee B.

B. On November 29, 2014, the Defendant administered a psychotropicly psychotropic-rocopon 0.1g, a psychotropic drug, to the coffee, at the franchis located in the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Island.

2. On April 2014, Defendant B administered a psychotropic drug 0.1g, which was a psychotropic drug, with A, in the Eelat located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a usual knowledge, and administered the Maurphone by dividing the psychotropic drug 0.1g, into A and then dividing it into coffee.

3. On December 2013, the Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants received approximately 0.4 g of psychotropic drugs from the F, who was in contact with Defendant B, and Defendant A paid KRW 3.50,000,00 to F, for a psychotropic drug, from the psychotropic drugs. In addition, the Defendants paid KRW 3.50,000,00 to F.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

4. Defendant A

A. On January 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g 40,000 g of philopon from F in a Mourel room where the trade name in the Manam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong cannot be known.

B. On May 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4 g of philopon from F as a security for digital camera in front of the G house in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu.

C. On May 8, 2014, the Defendant around 22:00, in front of the G Housing in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, approximately 0.3g of philopon from F, KRW 1.50,00.
