A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant liveded with the victim C (V, 41 years of age) and his/her annual volunteer, from January 2017 to June 2017.

1.
