Punishment of the crime

1. On February 13, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Gwangju District Court for habitual gambling, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month.

A. On August 20, 2012, the Defendant, on August 20, 2012, in committing the crime, taken the body of the victim in a visual shape camera, in response to the victim’s intent, while having sexual intercourse with the victim’s sex G (e.g., in drinking at the Defendant’s house located in the drinking place at the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si around August 20, 2012.

6) On March 2014, the Defendant committed the crime in the middle of March 2014, when having sexual intercourse with the said victim K at the house of the said Defendant at around 23:00, on March 23, 2014, and was invaded against the victim’s will.
