Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On April 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by the Seoul Central District Court due to the crime of conflict, misrepresentation of public official qualification, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on March 2, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1.
