Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court on July 25, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu District Court on May 26, 2015. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant appealed one year of imprisonment with prison labor for misrepresentation as a public official in the Seo-gu District Court Branch, and is still pending in the appellate trial.
【Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not a police official, the Defendant was able to wear the police uniform purchased at the Internet sales site, misrepresentate the police officer, and gain access to the foreigner, who is an illegal resident, and take money and valuables into consideration.
1. On January 17, 2017, around 20:00, the Defendant accessed the victim D (D, 29 years old), a Vietnamese, who was a Vietnamese, while wearing the police uniform purchased at around 20:0 on the roads of the Ministry of Education, Kim Yong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and had a way to do so, and whether the said victim “ was assaulted before early flab, but did not flab;
