Punishment of the crime
(Criminal) On March 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jinju prison on November 29, 2015.

On April 18, 2016, the Defendant: “E operated by the injured party at D Da-dong 62-64, Da-dong Da-dong Da-dong, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do on KRW 14:25 on April 18, 2016; along with F who was unaware of the Defendant’s criminal act, visited the room; and then collected 200 money from the injured party G.
A false statement was made to the one (F) stating that the one that incurred in cash of KRW 150,000,000 is left in the room, and that the other (F) would be the thickness of the president and the other (F).
However, the facts are that F merely trained the Defendant’s spouse when the Defendant provided education to F in advance, and that F was the Defendant’s spouse at the time of self-introduction, and F was not the Defendant’s spouse. In the bank where the Defendant left F, the paper that the Defendant was placed in F was stored only on the 10,000 won cash volume on the date on which the Defendant’s paper was assembled, which was put only on the 10,000 won cash volume, and there was no intention or ability to pay the amount after receiving the payment from the victim.
