A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Since then, around November 2, 2014, the Defendant gave the Defendant’s photograph to D in the Maam Park, and D arbitrarily produced one copy of the Defendant’s resident registration certificate under the name of the head of the North-gu Daegu Metropolitan City, in which the size and shape of the resident registration certificate are similar to plastics, and the Defendant’s photograph was inserted.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, forged one resident registration certificate which is an official document without authority for the purpose of uttering.

2. Around November 14, 2014, the Defendant presented the forged E’s resident registration certificate to a person who was unaware of the forgery to another employee’s name, and exercised the forged E’s resident registration certificate, i.e., the 25 employees of the Daegu North Korean National Agricultural Cooperative, Daegu North Korean National Agricultural Cooperative, Daegu North Korean National University, Daegu, Daegu, 25.

3. On November 14, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents written “E”, “F” and “F” in the resident registration number column, “Seoul Metropolitan City North-Gu G building**dong******” and “E” in the applicant’s name column, respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application for transaction in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and one copy of the application for participation in the physical card.

4. On November 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) submitted an application for a forged transaction and an application for participation in the physical card to the person who was unaware of the forgery to the name of the employee of the Daegu-Seoul National Agricultural Cooperative (Seoul National Agricultural Cooperative) who was aware of the forgery; and (b) held the same.
