A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, while working in B building C in light of luminous, had been able to look at the cell phone of the lost cell phone due to the reason that the cell phone was opened.

1. On January 2, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated in the foregoing C as “E and D” in the subscriber column of the mobile phone sales contract site without D’s consent; and (b) stated as “D” in the applicant column.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a mobile phone sales contract in the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant forged official document at the time and place of the preceding paragraph, and copied F’s resident registration certificate from F, which was located in the office West, after taking out the F’s resident registration certificate from F, and then changed the name and resident number into D and E on the copy.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the Chinese market, which is an official document.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and time as in the preceding paragraph, exercised a copy of the mobile phone sales contract in the name of D, a forged private document, as in the preceding paragraph, and the resident registration certificate in the name of D, a forged public document, as in the preceding paragraph, as if the copy was duly formed, at the same time and time as in the preceding paragraph (1).
