A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

2. Larceny;

A. On September 15, 2018, around 04:50 on September 15, 2018, at the victim B’s house located in the Dongdong-si C building D, the Defendant used the gap in the victim’s locking, and stolen one set of gallona7 mobile phones equivalent to KRW 500,000 in the market price owned by the victim.

B. At around 04:50 on September 15, 2018, the Defendant cited the crepane card (number : J) of IB owned by the victim at the above place, and then removed and stolen the 20,000 won in cash during the cash payment period, which is installed at the “L store” located at Ansan-si, Andong-si, Andong-si, Around 04:59 on the same day, and then withdrawn 30,000 won in cash in the same manner as at around 05:50 on the same day.

3. On September 15, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased goods, such as tobacco, from the victim M convenience store located in Ansan-si on September 15, 2018; and (b) purchased goods, such as tobacco, from the victim M convenience store located in Ansan-si.
