A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall pay 160,000 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

【2020 Highest 3634】 On February 2, 2020, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he would charge game capital when he/she connects the game money to E on the bulletin board at the Defendant’s residence of Suwon-si Carryover D, and transfers the money to the victim B who has contacted with the report.

However, the defendant did not have a game capital so that he did not have the intent or ability to send the game capital even if he receives the payment from the victim B.

The Defendant received 160,000 won from the victim B to the F Bank account (G) account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired 1,883,000 won in total from around that day to April 21, 2020 by transfer from 12 victims, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.

【2020 Highest 4569】 On January 16, 2020, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that he sells the I Game Account to the H site at a H site at around 18:27, and made a false statement to the victim J who reported and contacted the above fact that “I will transfer money to the said game account if I would transfer money.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not intend to transfer the game account.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 400,000 won from the victim to the F bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

【2020 Highest 6114】 On March 7, 2020, the Defendant connected K fishing cFK to the victim L at his own residence located in Suwon-si CFC D, and sold money first to the victim L.

However, even if the defendant receives L's money from the victim, he was thought to use it as Internet gambling fund, and he did not have the intention or ability to transfer the game account to L.

As above, the defendant makes a false statement to the victim L, and is the defendant from L.
