1. Of the judgment of the first instance court, KRW 9,500,000 against the Plaintiff regarding the Defendant and its related thereto, from April 11, 2014 to September 3, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the retail and distribution business in remote areas with the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a company that runs the construction business, indoor decoration construction business, aesthetic and waterproof construction business, etc.

B. On October 20, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract for construction works with the Defendant and C, with the construction cost of KRW 228,501,90 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant awarded to C each contract for G apartment plantationing construction works among the new construction works of the Gunsan Emsan Emar (hereinafter “Military Emar Emar Emar Emar”) with the construction cost of KRW 78,976,00 on the same day, and the Doarry construction works among the new construction works of the Fging section (hereinafter “F”), and on January 24, 2014, each contract for G apartment plantationing construction works in F (hereinafter “F”).

C. The Plaintiff’s construction work Co., Ltd requested that the Plaintiff input of construction personnel among the military E apartment exhausting construction work and the K apartment exhausting construction work in F. The Plaintiff invested human resources as follows and performed the Doing construction work.

1) From December 21, 2013 to January 24, 2014, the Plaintiff completed construction by investing a total of 507 persons (one hundred and thirty-five persons on December 72, 2013, and one forty and thirty-five persons on January 435, 2014) at the site of the military Embryptive Art. 2 (hereinafter referred to as “instant construction”). The construction cost is KRW 68,445,00 in total (i.e., KRW 135,00 per day x 507) (hereinafter referred to as “instant first construction”).

(2) From February 20, 2014 to February 21, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) invested a total of seven human resources at the site of the Gun apartment welfare hall distribution; and (b) completed the construction work; (c) the construction cost is KRW 945,000 per day (i.e., KRW 135,00 per day x 7).

(3) From February 10, 2014 to March 1, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the construction work by investing 58 human resources in the field of the Do repair construction of the Do apartment apartment in the Do. The construction work is the total amount of KRW 7,950,00 [the total construction work amount of KRW 7,950,00 per day = (135,000 per day x 58) (30,000 won x 4 days)] (hereinafter “the third construction work of this case”).

(4) The Plaintiff is running the K Apartmentdo in F from February 21, 2014 to March 1, 2014.
