Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Seoul Southern District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 9, 2013, and is currently under suspended sentence.

On July 2, 2014, at around 15:10, the Defendant driven B rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 600 meters in front of the Chuncheon comprehensive playground, which is located in 482, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
