A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 30, 2018.

1. The Defendant also told that he/she committed a telephone fraud crime from B around 2014, and told that he/she was in flight due to the above crime around spring in 2016. On March 2017, the Defendant was detained by C, who is an accomplice of the above telephone fraud crime, and became aware of the fact that he/she was investigating B, D, and E’s telephone fraud crime.

Around March 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered other accomplices in order to raise the cost of attorney-at-law appointment of B, D, and E; (b) leased a rocketing vehicle under the name of the Defendant at the establishment of the Busan or B B, etc. at the establishment of the rental car; and (c) moved to other accomplices by burning B, D, and E; and (d) from around that time to April 2017, the Defendant got the Defendant to escape by driving the leased vehicle so that B, D, and E may not be arrested due to any inspection conducted by B, D, and E.

As a result, the defendant had the criminal who committed the crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment escape.

2. On April 31, 2017, the Defendant leased the Defendant’s resident registration certificate to E in order to visit a prisoner in the Busan prison from his/her mother-gu, by receiving a request from his/her mother-gu E to visit a prisoner in the Busan prison. On April 10, 2017, E applied for a interview to F on May 23, 2017; and on May 31, 2017, the Defendant used the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, a public document, at the Busan prison public service center located in the Gangseo-gu, Busan, Busan, for the purpose of visiting the prisoner in the Busan prison. On April 10, 2017, he/she exercised the Defendant’s resident registration certificate at least four times, presenting the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, as he/she was the Defendant.

As a result, the defendant aided and abetted the crimes of unlawful uttering of official document E.
