Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the husband of C and the actual owner of the above land, except for the nominal owner of land B, approximately 25 square meters in Gyeongsan-si.

At around 17:00 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant interfered with traffic by putting up approximately two meters in vertical length a pipe 2-meter, two straight pipes with a length of 1m horizontal width, and two street pipes with a length of 1m a pipe 2: a public place used for the traffic of the general public without limited to a specific person, which is a place of public character in which many and unspecified people or vehicles and horses are able to freely pass.
