A Imprisonment with prison labor for five years and for two years, respectively.
Seized evidence 1, 3, 5 through 44, 46 through 49.
Reasons
(a) for the purpose of forging one resident registration certificate for M in the name of the Gyeonggi-do Bupyeong Market, an official document;
B. On December 23, 2014, the Defendants conspired to display a copy of the forged certificate of personal seal impression and a copy of the resident registration certificate to the Z, which is aware of the forgery, as described in the foregoing two(a) during the period of Ansan-si.
C. On December 22, 2014, the Defendants: (a) entered into a real estate lease agreement with the Z and entered into the real estate lease agreement with the Z into; (b) “ADtel No. 1418 of the 14th floor in the area of the real estate lease agreement” in the column of the location of the real estate lease agreement; (c) “the ten million won rate is paid and received at the time of the contract; (d) the “the daily ten million won rate is paid and received at the time of the contract; (e) the “the price shall be paid on January 20, 2015”; and (e) the “the price shall be paid on January 20, 2015”; and (e) the lessor’s column stated “the AAA Apartment apartment of the Gyeonggi-do 8* Dong 1**; (e) the “AE”, “M” in the name of the M arbitrarily affixed the Ma’s name.
As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in M, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations in collusion.
D. From December 23, 2014, the Defendants conspired to use the said investigation document by presenting a forged M real estate lease contract in the name of M, as described in the foregoing 2(c), to the Z, who is unaware of the forgery.
E. On December 20, 2014, the Defendants posted a notice at the Ro real estate office of this case, stating that “I have a good inside-sea officetel on the Internet site.” At the same time on the 23th day of the same month, the victim Z who reported and contacted the notice was the victim AF, a private village of the owner of the officetel M, and a real estate at Suwon, and the above 2-A and paragraph (c) of the same Article are the same.
