Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants conspired with G, H, I (J President), K, L, and false names wounded, G, H, I, K, and the false names wounded shall apply for a loan by preparing documents necessary for the loan, such as forging the resident registration certificate of M with a photograph attached by the Defendant A, and Defendant B and L shall introduce the above persons to Defendant A who will engage in M and accept the offer of collateral. Defendant A decided to be divided by borrowing one billion won from the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N andO under the debtor P’s name by using the security of M and accepting the offer of collateral.
1. Around January 17, 2012, Defendant B, upon L’s request, proposed that “I would like to pay money for a fake land owner,” and the Defendant A consented thereto.

2.
