Defendant

B is the former secretary of E(State) and the defendant A is the person working as the latter at the site manager of (State) F Specialized in the removal business.

The Defendants purchased and attempted to develop I hotel located in the G and four lots of land from the Osan City, and tried to prepare the removal construction contract in the name of the state F and H with the assumption that Defendant B would reduce the removal construction work to Defendant A, even though the real estate sales contract was not yet in progress, if they were to purchase the above real estate from E in the future.

1. The Defendants: (a) around July 23, 2012, at the coffee shop near the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Additional Digital Complex; (b) the Defendant, without authority, entered the Defendant’s office to “B” column of the removal construction contract form using the computer and printed it out to “B” column of the removal construction contract form; and (c) the Defendant, using the verification color pen, made the Defendant’s name to “B”; (d) the address column of “Y, Y, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, and removal cost column”; (e) the address column of “A” column of “B”, the person ordering the construction work, who is the owner of the construction work, entered the name of “B” and affixed the name of “B” and “B” at the bottom of “B”: (e) the name of the Defendant’s address and address of the Plaintiff, Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the name of “B” at the bottom of “B”; and (e) the name of the Defendant B.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge one copy of the removal construction contract in the name of the above H, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Defendant A

A. On October 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) presented the forged construction work contract to V, who is unaware of the fact, at his office located in the Incheon-si, U.S.; (b) presented it as if the contract was duly formed.

B. The Defendant’s fraud, at the same time and place as the paragraph (a), and the facts are removed from I Hotel as above.
