Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of B Poters, early Pospherbs, and flaps.

On August 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on August 18:25, 2013, and proceeded to the intersection from the entrance of the passenger transport market at the Dong-gu, Daejeon to the entrance of the passenger transport market at the port of Han Bank, while making a left turn to the left-hand port at a speed lower than that of the intersection.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by properly examining the direction of progress.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not properly examine the rear side and did not discover the D-hurd-hurd-hurd-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, destroyed the pertinent car to be in excess of 326,566 won, such as the part of the air panion, but failed to immediately stop and take necessary measures, and escaped.

2. The defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: The same year from July 19, 2013 to the same year, even though he/she is not obliged to operate a vehicle on a road, which is a holder of B Poter, Postoves and flobsing trucks.

8.8. Until August of the war, the driver operated the car on the road which was not covered by mandatory insurance by the automobile.
