A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as "accident") is a person who is engaged in the operation of CPoters, early booms, and capsfing cargo vehicles.

2. Around 01:00 on December 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at approximately 500 meters, driving a Cpoter, spool, and flobbbbing freight at the veterans hospital located in mountain-dong in the Gwangju Mine-gu without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. Around 01:00 on December 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated C Pool Pool Pool Mobbbage vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance on the road at the veterans hospital located in Mountain-dong, Gwangju Mine-gu.
