Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a clan consisting of descendants by making the Fran G as a type of work, and the plaintiffs are the members of the defendant's clan.
B. The Defendant, based on the H’s port mar, is comprised of sub-conscept in each of the affiliates of I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, and X.
Based on March 2014, 2014, the number of members for each branch of the defendant's small council and the status of directors and representatives are as shown in the attached Form A.
C. When the number of members exceeds 1600 persons, the Defendant has been operating the general meeting since 1990 by allocating one representative and one director per two representatives to the 20 adult male members.
Since then, the defendant's clan rules related to the operation of the general meeting have been amended, and the part related to this case in the defendant's clan rules amended on September 11, 2012 (hereinafter "the clan rules of this case") are as follows:
Article 6. Class A (Frank's 6 years of age G) of Flag (Y's 6 years of age G) shall be all members of Flag.
Article 9 The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Auditor shall be elected at a general meeting.
The directors and representatives shall be elected by each affiliate, and shall be registered after the meeting of the board of directors from among the door (hereinafter referred to as the "number of officers and auditors"). Article 12 A general meeting shall be comprised of the chairperson, vice-chairpersons, directors, and representatives, and shall have voting rights, suffrages, and eligibility for election.
(hereinafter omitted) Members of the General Assembly under Article 13 shall be comprised of members who have no grounds for disqualification at least 30 years of age.
Article 14 In principle, the prescribed number of directors and delegates shall be 1/40 of the representatives in proportion to the number of the members of each class of class of class of class of "H" and 1/80 of the directors in proportion to the number of the members of each class of class of class of class.
Provided, That in principle, it shall be rounded off when calculating the fixed number of personnel.
Provided, That the prescribed number and list of directors and representatives shall be the list.
