1. The defendant's assembly on August 7, 2006 constitutes a general assembly with the election of representatives and the representatives.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a member of the clan in which the defendant is a joint ancestor of the 20-year-old damage F, and the plaintiff is a member of the clan.

The representatives of the plenary session of Chapter 3 shall be elected by anyone who has attained the age of 20 or older with the lineal descendants of the G 20 years of age.

Provided, That a person subject to disciplinary action under Article 27 of Chapter VIII shall not be elected.

Article 7 (Election) The representatives of the plenary session shall be elected as follows:

(1) Division: Delegates shall be automatically divided into ex officio delegates who are elected by the board of directors on the recommendation of members and who are elected by the board of directors on the recommendation of members, and the chairperson, vice-chairpersons, auditors, general affairs, and financial affairs who automatically become representatives.

(2) The number of representatives: The number of representatives shall not exceed 35 persons (the number of persons, including ex officio representatives).

(3) A representative elected in the position of election shall be recommended by at least 10 members (able to recommend a number of persons) in accordance with the form of recommendation of regulations 50 days before the expiration of the term of office and shall be submitted to the Chairperson.

(b) The (c) Representatives shall be elected by the board of directors 30 days before the expiration of the term.

Article 9 (Term of Office)

Provided, That the representatives may be reappointed, and the representatives appointed at the time of replacement shall be the remaining period of all representatives.

(hereinafter referred to as "executives") Section 10 (Executive Officers) of Section 4 shall have the following executive officers:

(2) One president and two vice presidents. (4) Two auditors and 15 directors or less. (7) One secretary general. Article 15 (General Meeting) of the fifth secretary general meeting of financial institutions shall be comprised of representatives.

Article 16 (Functions of General Meeting) The General Meeting shall have the following functions:

(1) Matters concerning the election of the chairperson, vice-chairpersons, auditors, directors, and finances shall be convened by the chairperson when the chairperson of the board of directors deems it necessary or when at least 1/3 of the directors request the convocation of meetings.

B. The defendant opened a general meeting on August 7, 2006 and amended the clan regulations, and this is related to the newly established representative system.
