1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The first instance court.
Reasons
1. The reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance cited in the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for dismissal or addition as follows. Therefore, this is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

3. On the first instance court's three pages, "by holding" shall be added with the consent of all members of the general meeting while 82 of the 84 members present at the meeting.
The following provisions are added to the "in-house regulations of the defendant" part of the judgment of the first instance.
[Articles of Incorporation Article 16 (Executive Officers) (3) The president may be reappointed only once.
Provided, That if the term of office of the chairperson appointed is less than two years, he/she shall not be deemed reappointed.
(4) The election of executives due to the expiration of the term shall be held four parking days before the expiration date of their terms.
Article 18 (Appointment of Officers) (2) The Secretary-General shall be appointed by the chairperson from among the directors, who shall obtain approval from the board of directors.
Article 28 (Representatives) (1) Representatives of the plenary session shall be elected at the relevant branch offices' meetings.
The standards for election of representatives by branch office shall be one person per 500 members.
Provided, That the fixed number of one branch shall not exceed eight persons.
(2) A person who intends to become a representative under paragraph (1) shall file for registration of a candidate with the branch office or office upon recommendation of the head of the branch office to which he/she belongs and five or more members.
(3) The term of office of a representative shall be four years, and the term of office of a representative appointed shall be the remainder of his/her predecessor.
