On July 25, 2013, F (request for summary order) received a proposal from an unqualified person to demand compensation for a lessor of a false house lease contract. At that time, the Defendant, C, and F drafted a false house lease contract stating that “The deposit amount is KRW 80 million, lessor F, and lessee A” at the H real estate agent office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

After that, C prepared to the Defendant on May 1, 2010, with false documents related to the above service and the house charter contract, etc., and the Defendant, on May 13, 2010, with the employee in charge of loaning KRW 50 million at the first and first points of the victim bank located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
