Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny, intrusion upon a structure, and damage to property;

A. On October 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 at the early 18:00, at the victim D’s oral repair room installed adjacent to the parking lot of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul Metropolitan Government C building; (b) took advantage of the fact that the Defendant did not have been in possession of the vehicle at that place, thereby damaging another’s property by attaching the key lock locking device owned by the victim so that the repair cost would amount to 30,000 won; (c) opened the oral repair door and intrude into the inside, thereby cutting down the amount of 5,00 won worth worth owned by the victim.
