Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for non-compliance with the eviction and assault by the Seoul Southern District Court on September 30, 2019 and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 30, 2019.

1. Around 15:40 on January 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed violence: (b) on the corridor of “ Q2, Q2,” where the Defendant living in P 6th floor in Ansan-si P, Ansan-si; (c) took another room with the victim’s residents and horse fighting; (d) taken the victim’s R (the age of 46); and (c) taken the victim’s desire to “the same two years,” and (d) took the victim’s face by taking the victim’s hair from the victim’s hair, she was pushed back with the victim’s hair, she was satisfing with his/her hair and flat; and (e) assaulted the victim by walking with his/her hair

The Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, who was on the waiting seat of the Immar witness, such as the victim’s back head, back end, and back 10 weeks of drinking, resulting in an injury, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
