A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise living expenses, etc. for those who live in the past by making the living expenses, etc. all of the living expenses, the Defendant tried to eliminate abandoned houses in Ansan-gu C, Ansan-gu, which had been living in the past, and had not taken the house, and had the mind to forcibly collect money and valuables from female employees at the above C's neighboring convenience stores.

1. Around 18:40 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) led the victim E, an employee, who purchased goods and was in charge of accounting at the same time, to show the food blade ( approximately 30 cm in total length, approximately 20 cm in length, and about 20 cm in total) with a deadly weapon; and (b) threatened the victim to “in the calculation of annual tax base of, and of, money in the savings depository, the capital of KRW 241,00 in cash and KRW 41,500 in the savings depository of the victim; and (c) forcibly deprived the victim of the victim’s resistance by threatening the victim to “an employee, who was in charge of accounting at the same time, at the same time,” who is an employee.
